Hermione and Ron will get engaged. Yes. I have a feeling that the young love that is entirely too obvious (in both book and movie versions) will bud into an all out engagement. This has been building up since the early books, obvious by how the two act about each other. I feel it may not happen until after someone comes close to dying or in fact, does die, but it should be somewhat close to the end - since they're getting ready to graduate. This, of course, will fill the emotional aspect of the book and remind us all of young love - perhaps even distract us from the sorrow of someone passing on....

Hermione e Ron si fidanzeranno. Si'. Ho il sentore che questo giovane amore che è anche troppo ovvio (sia nella versione su carta che in quella cinematografica) germogliera' in un vero e proprio fidanzamento. Esso è stato costruito sin dai primi libri in modo ovvio da come i due interagivano tra loro. Sento che non accadra' fino a che qualcuno non sara' vicino a morire o di fatto morira', ma succederà verso la fine, quando saranno pronti a diplomarsi. Questo, ovviamente, soddisfera' l'aspetto emozionale del libro e ci ricordera' che un giovane amore puo' anche distrarci dalla tristezza di qualcuno che muore.

J. K. ROWLING has given a strong hint that two of her main characters in the Harry Potter books, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, would become an item in the final instalment of the series.
The author told a New York audience that Hermione, based on herself, wanted an intimate relationship with a boy she knew well. If she looked in the Mirror of Erised, which shows one’s deepest desire, she would “see herself entwined with another person whose identity you can probably guess”.
Herminone and Ron have been the Lizzie Bennett and Mr Darcy of Hogwarts for several volumes for several volumes of the seven-volume series.
Rowling laughed off the suggestion, by some fans, that Hermione would fall in love with Harry. “There are people who wanted Harry and Hermione,” she said, to cheers from the audience at Radio City Music Hall. “They’re still out there.”

It's a very real surprise to find the film at least touch on sexual confusion in Ron's (Rupert Grint) jealousy over Hermione's (Emma Watson) date with competing wizard Viktor Krum (newcomer Stanislav Ianevski), since it's never wholly clear (even to Ron) of whom he's jealous.

E' una sorpresa davvero reale trovare nel film un tocco di confusione sentimentale nella gelosia di Ron (Rupert Grint)per l'appuntamento di Hermione (Emma Watson) con il mago concorrente Viktor Krum (la nuova entrata Stanislav Ianevski) anche se non è del tutto chiaro (nemmeno a Ron) di chi lui sia geloso.

Also elevating the film from children’s fare to one with more adult sensibilities is its believable portrayal of teenagers coming into their own. Not only do we catch a glimpse of Harry’s secret crush on classmate Cho Chang (Katie Leung), but we also bear witness to a potential shift in the Ron/Hermione relationship. All of the “he said, she said,” “does he or doesn’t he” teenage angst comes to a head at the Yule Ball — a Christmas Eve dance held to celebrate the tournament. Attendance is mandatory, dates are required, and dancing is a must. To watch our young heroes thrown into a scenario where they are forced to interact on a pseudo-romantic level is an absolute delight, especially when played out alongside the more wizard-worthy dangers of dragons and mer-people.

Ciò che eleva il film dal livello dei bambini ad uno per sensibilità più adulte è il suo credibile ritratto degli adolescenti che si appropriano di loro stessi. Non solo ci scappa un sorriso sul'infatuazione segreta di Harry per la compagna Cho Chang (Katie Leung), ma diventiamo anche testimoni di una potenziale trasformazione della relazione tra Ron e Hermione. Tutto quell'angoscia di sentimenti adolescenziale "lui dice, lei dice", "lui fa o non fa" viene a galla durante il Ballo del Ceppo, il ballo della Vigilia di Natale tenuto per celebrare il torneo. L'attesa è palpabile, sono richiesti degli inviti e il ballo è un must. There's little question where Rowling is going with this relationship, especially considering the predictability of romance in fantasy stories.)

The first feelings of romantic attraction are stirring throughout this book. Sexual tension between Ron and Hermione causes numerous arguments in this book, and it is clear that much of the book's events reflect subtle changes within the maturing process of the characters themselves.
The unexpected task of finding dates for the Yule Ball brings many of the sexual tension issues to fruition. Ron, meanwhile, after making a fool of himself by asking Fleur, is desperate for an attractive-looking date, and he makes more of a fool of himself by noticing suddenly that Hermione is a girl, and asking her as a last resort. Ron has had quite a lot of passionate, heated spats with Hermione over the course of this book and others, but here the spats have more to do with romance-for example, Ron accuses Hermione of liking Cedric just because he is handsome, and Hermione is annoyed with Ron for fawning over Fleur. From here until the end of the Yule Ball, their tension blossoms fully, making it clear to both of them what is going on, even though neither will or want to admit their attraction to the other.

I primi sentimenti di attrazione romantica si intrecciano attraverso questo libro. La tensione sessuale tra Ron e Hermione causa numerose sfide, ed è chiaro che molti degli eventi del libro riflettano i cambiamenti sottintesi all’interno del processo di maturazione degli stessi personaggi.
L’inaspettata prova di dover trovare appuntamenti per il Ballo del Ceppo porta alla fruizione moltissime tensioni sessuali. Ron dopo essersi reso ridicolo chiedendolo a Fleur, è alla ricerca di una ragazza di bell’aspetto e fa una figura anche peggiore nel momento in cui si rende improvvisamente conto che Hermione è una ragazza, chiedendola poi come ultima spiaggia. Ron ha un appassionato fiume passionale per Hermione durante il corso di questo libro e Ron accusa Hermione poiché quest’ultima apprezza Cedric in quanto bello. Allo stesso tempo Hermione è stufa dell’adulazione di Ron per Fleur.
Da qui fino alla fine del Ballo del Ceppo, la loro tensione fiorisce al massimo, rendendo evidente ad entrambi quella che sta succedendo, anche se nessuno dei due vuole e vorrà ammettere la propria attrazione per l’altro.
